Special Events & Kids Parties

Rental of ​Suite A is ONLY $450 for 4 hours.
( $150 per hour, one hour free for setup/clean-up. )

Suite A can safely seat 40 guests and has a full kitchen.

Monday - Thursday  8AM to 5PM $50 per hour  and 5PM to 9PM $75 per hour


Rental of Suite B is ONLY $540 for 4 hours.
( $180 per hour, one hour free for setup/clean-up. )

Suite B can safely seat 65 guests. 

Suite B has a DJ Booth, Outdoor covered tent area and Stage. 

Monday - Thursday $75 per hour 8AM to 5PM and 5PM to 9PM $100 per hour

​​Urban Oasis Community Event Center Rental Time Blocks : 

8 AM to 12 PM

12 PM to 4 PM (White Tent Only)

1 PM to 5 PM  

6 PM to 10 PM or 7 PM to 11 PM

( Need additional time? No Problem! Will do our best to provide you the time blocks you need)

( This includes arrival,setup , event and cleanup time. Please be sure to book enough time to complete your setup, cleanup and event.)

*A licensed bartender is required for alcohol served onsite. Proof will need to be provided.

​We want to assure you that the safety of our team and clients is paramount to us at Urban Oasis Community Events Center. We are staying updated on the latest information from the CDC, the WHO and local and state authorities; acting responsibly by avoiding travel to outbreak hotspots; practicing good hand hygiene—and last, but not least—working from home more when it makes sense. 

​Due to the COVID 19 virus all guests counts have been updated to 40 guests MAX suite A and 65guests Max suite B.

$599.99 - Suite A- Four hour rental with one hour food drop off window prior to event, tablecloths, centerpieces, paper products and food setup. 40 guests MAX

​$699.99 - Suite B - Four hour rental with one hour food drop off window prior to event, tablecloths, centerpieces, paper products and food setup. 65 guests MAX.

* Food dropped off will be setup on food warming pans as is. Client must provide their own servers.
